Kuwait – Commemorative Paintings.

While transiting through Kuwait, there is usually some wait time that can be used to explore the base and take in the many paintings that commemorate the time that U.S. and coalition soldiers spent there.
Many of the painted barriers illustrate what the unit's main focus was during that time.
Some are inspirational: 'Don't Count the Days, Make the Days Count'. Others support ideals: 'End Sexual Violence' or 'Equal Opportunity'.
There are painting showing a plane with a scorpion tale whose shadow is a camel. It's hard to get more creative than that. A construction company that worked with utilities used toy cranes and had old artillery shells representing pipes with water flowing from them.
There are many more which I hope you will enjoy looking at.
