Monday 28th a “super moon” rose full just after sunset. Super moon is a recent term meaning when the moon is bigger because it is at its closest to earth on its elliptical orbit. It looked a little redder than usual because in the northern hemisphere it was a full “blood” moon; meaning it was in the earth's shadow. Looks like a few of us track these things now, there were several of us at this vantage point.
